瑜珈道家的輪丹田與脈的關(guān)係

我們用笛卡爾坐標(biāo)的原理來表示人體立體的形狀,又將人體立體分為三個(gè)平面,就是水平面,矢狀面和冠狀面。

 

在瑜珈方面修練以水平面為主,七輪都在水平面上,祇是在人體上或下的位置而已,如果瑜珈提及脊骨,才用矢狀面。道家以修任督為主,所以在修練方面,以矢狀面為主,如果涉及上、中、下三丹田則以冠狀面為主。讀者要注意冥想打坐練氣(炁或PRANA)通常是人體整體,這整體是包括人體所有結(jié)構(gòu)和器官,所以與針灸或經(jīng)絡(luò)穴位等治療方法不同,如針灸指壓,推拿等是利用身體表面的穴位來治療體內(nèi)某不健全的結(jié)構(gòu)或器官。所以有人比夠瑜珈和中國冥想的經(jīng)絡(luò)認(rèn)為瑜珈冥想除七輪三脈外,還有七萬多條細(xì)脈,而中國學(xué)說祇有十二正經(jīng)和八條奇經(jīng)八脈是不對的。雖然瑜珈功\u27861法和中國修練不同,在冥想方面在高等冥想下或入定之前,大家都要打通無數(shù)的經(jīng)絡(luò)或脈。

 

另外一種常見的誤解是某位先生練習(xí)氣功數(shù)天就說已打通任督兩脈,如果這麼容易何解少林寺要和尚苦練易筋經(jīng)和洗髓經(jīng)呢?大家要明白人體的結(jié)構(gòu)外面有皮,內(nèi)面有肉,有筋,有骨和有骨髓等等,真是打通任督兩脈(小周天),炁要進(jìn)人脊骨神經(jīng)才算打通,談其容易呢?練功,修練有頓和悟二種,普通人祇能頓法,按部就班去修練。

 

 

The relationship of chakra ,dan tien and meridians inyoga and Taoism

We use Cartesian coordination to represent the human body inthree dimensions .we also use three plane to describe the humanbody. These three planes are the horizontal plane ,the sagittalplane and the frontal plane.

In practice of yoga ,the horizatal plane is the most importantall sever chakras are luing in the horizontal planes. They arelocated in positions in the body from top to bottom . the sagittalplane is important when yoga practice involves the spirit , inTaoism the governor meridian and conception meridian are extremelyimportant .in practice they involve the sagittal plane of the body. when the practices involve the three dan tiens,  then the frontal plane is important readerstake heed that the practice of qi or prana normally involved thewhole body . this includes the tissues and organs .it differs fromthe practice of acupuncture . in acupuncture or acupressure , theytry to use the cataneous acupuncture points to affect the unhealthyinternal tissues and organs. Some people claim that yoga not onlyhas three meridians and seven chakras they also have over seventyhousand nadi. They said that Chinese acupuncture only has twelvemeridians and eight extra-meridians what they claim is notcompletely correct. The methods of prana generation in yoga and themethod of qi generation are different. However in deep meditationdhyana  both yoga and tao are involved in meriadnumber of nadi or meridians.

 

Another common phenomena is that someone practices qi gong for aten days ,they already claim to have open the governor and theconception meridians , can it be so simple ? if so why do theshaolin monks need to practice yi gin ching changing of muscles andtendons and shi soei ching washing of the bone marrow .readers haveto understand the structure of the human body , the bodycutaneously ha sjin and inside has muscle teadon bone and bonemarrow . in order to achieve the micro comic circulation the qimust penetrate into the spine .it is a easy job ? the question isno  it is the opinion of the tao master .qipractice divide into two major way . one is sudden enlightermentand the  other is step by step normally one canonly expect to practice by the step to step method.
