【摘要】鹿茸是迄今為止發(fā)現(xiàn)的唯一能夠周期性再生的哺乳動(dòng)物器官,它的生長(zhǎng)速度極快卻沒有發(fā)生癌變。而蛋白質(zhì)是生命活動(dòng)的體現(xiàn)者,是生命活動(dòng)的功能執(zhí)行者,鹿茸相關(guān)蛋白的研究是揭開鹿茸再生秘密的重要途徑。綜述了鹿茸再生相關(guān)蛋白的篩選、血管生成相關(guān)蛋白、軟骨形成相關(guān)蛋白、神經(jīng)再生相關(guān)蛋白以及其他與鹿茸再生相關(guān)蛋白的研究進(jìn)展,旨在為從蛋白質(zhì)水平上揭示鹿茸再生過(guò)程提供基礎(chǔ)資料。

Research Progress on Proteins Related to Deer Antler Regeneration

【Abstract】Deer antler is an only known mammalian organ that can periodically regenerate, and grow very rapidly without going cancerous. Proteins are the carrier and the function executor of life activities, the research of proteins related to deer antler is an important measure to unlock the secrets of antler’s regeneration. The proteins involved in angiogenesis, cartilage formation, nerve regeneration and other functions during antler regeneration are reviewed which aims at providing basic data for revealing antler regeneration process at the protein level.
