ifort 安裝

以安裝ifort（l_cprof_p_11.1.072_intel64.tgz）為例：

1、將l_cprof_p_11.1.072_intel64.tgzh和*.lic文件拷到一個臨時的目錄里面（如：tem）

2、解壓文件：$tar -zxvf l_cprof_p_11.1.072_intel64.tgz
3.進入解壓后的目錄:$cd            l_cprof_p_11.1.072
4. 啟動安裝:$./install.sh

(這個過程中若是提示Your system is protected with Security-enhanced Linux(SELinux)，只需進入/etc/sysconfig/selinux讓SELINUX=enforcing變?yōu)镾ELINUX=permissive）

5.其他，看提示即可，注意第四步

解決辦法是：
    我的系統(tǒng)是fedora13，下載compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-68.i686.rpm
大家根據(jù)自己的系統(tǒng)下載對應(yīng)的程序包！下載地址：http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libstdc++.so.5
  安裝ifort完成，
但在環(huán)境設(shè)置后又出現(xiàn)問題：找不到ifort命令
[xxxx@xxx]$vi .bashrc
//添加source /opt/intel/Compiler/11.1/072/bin/ifortvars.sh
       有的說在上面后加ia32也不行
[xxxx@xxx]$ ifort
命令沒有找到

有嘗試網(wǎng)上的其他方法，沒改動vi.bashrc，改動了vi /home/bjwang/bash_profile，發(fā)現(xiàn)是個新文件，就直接改了
保存：  ./opt/intel/Compiler/11.1/072/bin/ifortvars.shintel64
$ ifort
ifort: command line error: no files specified; for help type "ifort-help"

是不是說明成功了呢？還可怎么驗證呢？
執(zhí)行命令$ifort-v
[xxxx@xxx]$ ifort -v
Version 11.1

在suse LED 11下編譯，
1.若出現(xiàn)
   The following required for installation commands are missing:
libstdc++.so.5 (library)
安裝suse自帶libstdc++33即可，方法：計算機》》》“安裝軟件”》》搜索libstdc，找到安裝之；

2.若出現(xiàn)
Missing optional pre-requisite
No compatible Java* Runtime Environment (JRE) found
-- operating system type is not supported.
-- system glibc or kernel version not supported or notdetectable
-- binutils version not supported or not detectable

缺少可選的先決條件
*不兼容的Java運行時環(huán)境（JRE）的發(fā)現(xiàn)
- 操作系統(tǒng)類型不支持。
- 系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)核版本的glibc或者不支持或不得檢出
- binutils的版本不支持或不得檢出
方法：
   無視之，看提示，直接安裝?。。。。。。。。。。。?！
3.環(huán)境設(shè)置
[xxxx@xxx]$ vi .bashrc
//添加source /home/bjwang/intel/Compiler/11.1/072/bin/ifortvars.shia32
有人用intel64 代替ia32，看系統(tǒng)／機子吧！！，不行兩個都試一試。

4記?。鹤詈鬄榱耸窃O(shè)置起作用執(zhí)行 [xxxx@xxx]$ source .bashrc
     而每改動一次都要source .bashrc一次；

5..驗證
$ ifort
ifort: command line error: no files specified; for help type "ifort-he
測試，which ifort，會顯示安裝路徑。。。。。。

編輯個簡單的hello.f90程序，文本如下：
program main
write(*,*) "hello"
stop
end
編譯執(zhí)行
ifort -o hello hello.f90
出現(xiàn)一個hello的文件
運行./hello 結(jié)果出來了！

再算個平均值和開方（pj.f90）
PROGRAM Example_1_1
     REAL a, b, av1, av2
     READ (*,*) a, b
     av1 = (a + b)/2
     av2 = sqrt(a*b)
     WRITE(*,*) av1, av2
     END

xxx@linux-xx16:~/tem> ifort -o pj pj.f90
xxx@linux-xx16:~/tem> ./pj
45 69
  57.00000      55.72253
成功?。。。。。。。。。?！

6.卸載：$/home/bjwang/intel/Compile/11.1.072/bin/intel64/./uninstall_cpof.sh      -----ifort11
或$/home/bjwang/intel/fce/10.1.012/bin/./uninstall.sh    -----ifort10
